Nicoya Villas sits 150 meters from the Pacific in Mal País — a quiet fishing village on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, far from crowds and close to nature.
We are a small, family-run property: four villas, one swimming pool, a teak gazebo, and a garden full of birds. Every villa has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a private space to retreat to after a day of surf, yoga, or jungle hikes.
Pets are welcome. So are families, surf trips, yoga retreats and anyone looking to slow down. Whether you book one villa or all four, we'll make sure your stay feels personal.
